Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SportsPort application and website (the "Service") operated by SportsPort ("we", "our", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SportsPort is a free sports management platform that provides tools for organizing tournaments, tracking rankings, managing open play sessions, splitting costs, and related activities. The Service is available as a web application and as mobile applications for Android and iOS.

3. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create through the Service (tournament data, player names, scores, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit this content as necessary to provide the Service, including maintaining historical tournament records, player statistics, and ratings for the benefit of the sporting community.

Tournament results (match scores, standings, player names) are considered shared community data. These records may be retained for historical purposes — including cross-tournament player history, ratings, and level assessments — even if the original tournament is deleted, similar to how sports organizations and federations maintain records of past events.

You are responsible for the content you create. You agree not to create content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains personal information of others without their consent
• Is spam, advertising, or promotional material not requested by us

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of sports management. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to transmit malware or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Tournament Data Visibility

Tournaments marked as "public" (discoverable) are visible to all users of the Service. Private tournaments require an access code. By creating a public tournament, you acknowledge that tournament data (including player names and scores) will be publicly accessible.

7. Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, you may receive alerts about matches and events. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or the app's profile settings.

8. Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportsPort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
