Entries are pairs for doubles, players for singles — that's what you charge for. Full draw is the size you advertised; if a category comes in under it, prize money scales down. Silver gives the players knocked out in the group stage their own knockout — more matches, more shuttles, and a second set of prizes out of the same pot. Groups of 4 with the top two through means a draw of 32 makes 8 groups, a gold KO of 16 and a silver KO of the other 16.

What if the draws don't fill? the question that decides the entry fee

Every category scaled by the same percentage. Prize money drawn from the surplus shrinks automatically; a flat pool does not unless you switch on fill-scaling.
